Ananya Madan is working as a Junior Consultant for the Growth, Employment, and Macroeconomy (GEM) team. She holds a BA in Journalism and Media Studies from the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication. Prior to joining ICRIER, she worked on the Nation Desk at the Press Trust of India and has gained research and analytical experience across internships and industry. Ananya's interests lie in gender, labour, and society, with a focus on women's economic participation and the future of work.
